Pros
They are great people and teams and not a lot of politics relative to other valley companies. Everyone knows the products and the elevation behind them is interesting. We are not reinventing the world.
Cons
Bonuses are consistently missed because of the financials. Look at the cash flow in the public records. Super not egalitarian. Big egos to go with the fancy cars. No growth unless you’re in your first five years of work. This is a great place to learn and then go somewhere else.
