      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, direct teams and management are great.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is old school, hardly flexible with becoming full-time remote, health benefits are not great, bonuses are sometimes awarded but a percentage gets held back organization-wide (ex: 2%) for no given reason. Pay is not competitive.

      Pay is good and we still get bonus.

      Cons

      I have lost all confidence in the current Executive Team, there is so much micro managing and interference from upper level. There are so many levels of managers, the most top heavy workplace I have ever been in.

      Pros

      Job is relatively easy. Non Management crew is full of great people. Generally a good environment if you don't have any issues or care about pay. Rotating 3-4 day 12 hour shifts provides a lot of free time to have a life outside of work.

      Cons

      Management will stop you from getting promotions if they don't want to be burdened with having to hire for your position. Compensation is really low for the area. HR will never be of any help to the employees. There is no covid leave, you will have to cover you time off with your own sick time and PTO.
