Pros

I work in the HDD business. The work is amazing, complex unlike any of the other semicon I have worked at. If you are good you can define software architecture. The peers locally and globally are amazing. Leadership and management is very stable and mature. No politics and fun to work with.

Cons

Undervalued stock but hopefully that is changing for better.
