Good Short term incentive bonus for being a profitable company. Many people that have worked here are very loyal to company. Many lifers all the way back to when the company was IBM

Cons

Company has been in flux since WDC bought HGST and San Disk. Cross collaboration. When I became a manager they gave no management training, so I have no skills to handle a large group.
