Pros

Person training me was knowledgeable and explained things really clearly

Cons

The manager told me 2 months to permanently on team after 2 months I didn’t even have a tool box heck let alone a box I wasn’t provided a set of screwdriver and then told I had to be certified. Some certifications take longer time hence no permanent spot till then. Also had to be certified on wiki which is on the laptop and have to check and sign on to tools that are worked on and was told I spend too much time on laptop.
