Engineers are really good here. A lot to learn from them.

Cons

The upper management is one of the worst I’ve seen, they shouldn’t be allowed to hire from IITs. They are the reason people are quitting from this place left and right. They want you to work overtime but won’t pay you or even appreciate your efforts. From useless sprint tracking to increasing load on people in which teams take unplanned leaves… this is truly a bad place to work.

Some of the best teams to work with Very flexible with office timings lots of things to learn and contribute to projects people empower and trust you to finish a project and handle the load

Cons

pay is good but the appraisal is not good presently, other similar companies give better offers and appraisals the company was not the same when they acquired SanDisk, market value was too low and upper management was struggling to handle the boat.
