      Company needs work with management

      Pros

      Flexible in being able to work family/balance. Medical is pretty good. My direct team is a pleasure to work amongst.

      Cons

      Direct manager is ok, but the teams in which we support are a mess managerial wise. Too much churn internally and repositioning. This causes folks to play the political/positioning game. Upper management doesn't have a handle on reality. Junior folks starting to run the show with little experience.

      None...the place is toxic.

      Cons

      Budgets are cut, no expenses/travel is allowed, and overall a very untrusting environment. No career advancement. As people are laid off, more workload is dumped on those still here with no salary increases or direction.

      Use to be a good company before the merge

      Cons

      Where to begin upper management wants more done with less people. No raises ever so how can you want to work here knowing that you will be paid the same for ever. management does not care about it's people, if you don't like it you can leave attitude. Everyone is stretched so thin there are high levels of stress this place should fold in about 5 years time to get off the titanic.
