      Pros

      New admin and engineering building. SJ campus location can be reverse commute for many employees.

      Cons

      Complete lack of foresight in planning for system integration as part of the WD - HGST - Sandisk integration has made working conditions untenable. HR implementation of Workday has been a fiasco and the company is still operating on 3 different ERP systems and asks the employees to manually bridge the gaps. Unprecedented incompetency at the higher levels of management in charge of the acquisition integration

      Work would depend on whom we are reporting to. Some managers are amazing and the others are like tyrants . Low employee morale, poor retention, hard to get promoted, no work life balance, unlimited time off guarantees there is no time off as people take work calls during time off

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good. Company technology is good. Moto is good. But all this is not practiced.

      Cons

      Work environment is terrible. Managers pit cock-fights, smart people are laid off, teamwork or hard work is under-appreciated. Racism and cronyism. Blame game is high. They will make you scape-goat if you try helping them. If you work hard, they will give your credit to someone else.
