Pros

Can learn a lot of industry-agnostic skills (programming, embedded systems, etc). Some industry-specific skills can be taken to a plethora of SSD companies.

Cons

If you get stuck working on things that are too hard drive specific, you can't really take those skills elsewhere.

Pros

As an Intern, not much was expected of me so I didn't feel pressured. That being said I learned a lot and accomplished a moderate amount of work.

Cons

There will be times when you don't know what to do and no one has time for you. Again, that's as an intern. Some consider it a Con and others a Pro but after a while it gets old trying to keep yourself busy.
