      Pros

      Resources to do your job are generally available. Relationships with coworkers are friendly. Pay is ok for the industry.

      Cons

      Stereotypical big company culture with layers and layers of process. Lots of meetings are held just for the sake of having meetings. Hard to identify much of anything useful coming from them. Flawed decisions from upper management resulting in monumental wasted investments in money/time/people. Entire divisions shutdown or sold off as a result. Lower managers look out only for themselves and sacrifice their people.
