      Pros

      Good opportunity for people who want to stay in old storage technology.

      Cons

      Does not want to move to SSD, happy with arcane technology, mostly belligerent management, lack of planning. Very few storage company so the skills are not very transferable.

      Some engineers are quite good

      Cons

      Poor compensation, Operates like a 1970 company Average age of the company very high. Most people are previous IBM employees. Way behind other companies when it comes to software principles. Most people are not programmers and that makes the code sub par. No coding style, design principles followed and the management seems to be okay with that.

      Great company to work for. You will learn new things everyday. You also will enjoy to going to work every day like I do.

      You need to work hard to keep your boss happy. Also you will find yourself out of job without any fault on your side.
