      Management is clueless. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Since merging with HGST the company has gone down hill fast!!

      Horrible politics but nice people in general

      Good work life balance. Low level employees are very nice and helpful. Compensation is lower than industry level.

      Cons

      So much politics and bias at the high level. The promotions and decisions are very unfair. Managers are not properly trained.
