Your success is 100% dependent on your territory, get a bad one and forget it. Management is oppressive, resistant to change, and micromanaging. There is no concept of work/life balance. Although there is unlimited PTO taking it is frowned upon. Although we are salaried employees if you leave 15 minutes 'early' on a Friday you get in trouble. The office itself is awash in beige and stuck in 1990. And about the culture, what culture?
