Pros

Good co-workers and Crossfit classes.

Cons

Recent integrations with HGST and SanDisk has been very stressful for the rank and file. Management is disconnected with employees. Unlimited vacation policy sounds great, but only if you can schedule it around your 60+ hour work week and if you have a reasonable manager to approve it.

Pros

HGST lower level management seems to care about their employees. A couple of perks are : Free weekly lunch, in house Crossfit.

Cons

Since the WD acquisition, benefits are a joke, more experienced staff are forced out to make way for cheap labor in the form of recent college graduates, salaries are being cut and bonuses are measly or non-existent. It's only a matter of time until the other perks (free lunch, Crossfit) dry up.
