Work Life Balance Decent CTC (but do not expect very high numbers) Depending on the Team, you may like the work or may not Health and term insurance is very close to the best

Cons

No RSUs Benefit. No Good Increment, recently it was like TCS, Accenture. Bonus is subject to market conditions (some year u will get average, some year more than the target and some year 0) No separate NPS contribution from employer it would be deducted from CTC only. No remote higher education benefit
