Pros

It is a good place to work if you are at SoCal. The environment is nice. Have some chances to do internal transfer.

Cons

Salary is a little bit below average, but do have bonus and espp, which is not bad. The headquarter does not supply any entertainment equipment to relax.

The ability to purchase company products on discount is a nice benefit, and the levels of compensation match what other companies in the industry offer, and the stock price makes a nice addition to one's portfolio.

Cons

Middle management doesn't listen to their internal domain experts, and lower management doesn't support their employees' expert knowledge when they are advised against a poor course of action.
