Doing charters/field trips. Complies with school schedule. great for single parents. Can be a fun job. Good part time job

Some management is untrustworthy. Dealing with the parents, some drivers are backstabbers. Can make friends. Can be stressful and agravating

The special needs kids i work with are very awesome. I make sure the are OK , buckled up. I also hold conversation with them.
