-Always willing to give people hours -Guaranteed 25 hours per week

Cons

-Don't care about the safety/mental health of workers, and only care about money. Can't touch the children in a way that seemed inappropriate so theres only so much you can do. They won't expel a bad child off the bus because it means less money.
