Many school vacations, paid holidays. You can choose to work many hours or less hours. Often deal with appreciative ,nice parents and great kids.

Cons

Your schedule, trips can be changed by the company at will drastically from what you selected. Sometimes difficult children to deal with - comes with the job so be prepared! Indifferent dispatch support in some cases who don’t do their job properly.
