      Pros

      Great coworkers, especially in the Green Bay office - the people are what kept me from leaving sooner after learning about the incoming acquisition.

      Cons

      Poor communication from new management, no vision or direction. Only the bottom dollar matters - cuts to workplace perks have become commonplace. We Energies has extremely antiquated technology and hasn't kept current compared to the legacy Integrys environment.

      Too few employees means a lot of overtime

      Cons

      Since the acquisition of integrys by Wisconsin energy, all the employees hear are new ways to be fired. This is not an employee friendly workplace. All that matters to WEC is $$$.

      IT management thinks that Milwaukee will be the next Silicone Valley, so they only hire in the Milwaukee area but nobody wants to work there so IT staff gets more piled on them as people retire and quit.
