      Extremely stable company at the core of our society. No matter what area you work in people will respect that you work there but also complain to you about prices and service.

      Cons

      Because of the nature of the business they do not take on any unnecessary risk or pursue any innovation until other in the industry have done it first.

      Poor planning of work day, upper management in Wisconsin have a full time job watching cameras over employees heads Employee has multiples jobs and expected to not make mistakes in any for example a mechanic has to be top speed entering paperwork,entering documentation, keep area clean ,order parts etc Very untrustworthy management They will lie to get their way
