Pros

They really do give you a decent wage

Cons

No real downsides of the company. Some costs were cut for the bottom line

Pros

They have a really great leadership development program. There are a lot of opportunities at wec, if you are willing to go after them.

Cons

Lots of hours! Little flexibility for those just coming into the company, especially for first years or seasonal employees. If you can get through the first year, it's much easier. First year is definitely the hardest.

Pros

They keep up with market salary.

Cons

They aren’t much about the employees as they used to be. They are becoming more and more about the bottom dollar to save money. In the utility side, Major Projects acts as though they are in charge and refuse to work with anyone. It’s their way or no way. None of the leaders try to discuss with Major Project Leaders to tone them down a bit and work with everyone else. This creates a very hostile work environment and is often unpleasant.
