      You will have your job regardless of your performance and be guaranteed promotion/raises up to a certain level Good people to work with

      Cons

      Conservative culture. The years of experience is valued / compensated but not your performance. Promotion / raises are programmed and good performance is not encouraged since it won't be compensated.
