Pros

Benefits package is a great deal; health, vision, 401k matching, etc..

Cons

The customer service agents are treated like numbers, not people, and the expectations are high. Bonuses are only rewarded if you have practically perfect numbers.

Pto sounded appealing Some people were more tolerable than others

Cons would be almost everything Got watched over like a hawk constantly even though management was poor. Wasn’t given quite literally any training at all I wish I was kidding. I was handed google documents & sheets to learn from no 1 on 1. No training with others or at all for that matter. Spent an extra 5 min to read emails check notes etc. was also scolded for that! Was told to check them during my break or off the clock??? Phone calls are given 15 seconds after the caller hangs up to leave a log full of q&a’s w there legal info such as ssn , address, name. Things that NEEED to be correct legally and u get 15 seconds before another call comes in for something else. Phone calls are recorded and listened to by higher ups way more than needed, and are sent back for “review” to learn how to talk to people better and u don’t ever get time to listen to them as mentioned if u do anything besides call taking while on the clock shame on you! Or do anything rather if your a phone rep that is, besides take calls. If you do anything else. You will be wrote about it and scolded for it within 20minutes lol. Wasn’t worth it to me for my states minimum wages. People at McDonald’s guanrteeed made more money than me and were definitely doing 75% less work. Job utilized 4 different tabs open at once. They had you so busy they sent everyone 3 computer monitors so u could be overwhelmed in work at all times. Just do not reccoemend.

Pros

Always busy- too busy. Holiday pay.

Cons

Mandated holidays while the entire company is off. They continue to hit record sales but refuse to compensate- 2% isn’t a raise. No benefit for retention.
