      Pros

      Profits are shared and growth projections are expected to make that even better for many...

      Cons

      Unless you are a manager or above, the profit sharing is ok since its free-ish money. But when you find out the CEO gets MILLIONS in bonuses and you get nickels in comparison to that, you wonder who makes the rules.

      Pros

      Great Company culture, opportunities for growth, supportive management, amazing perks. I made a change in industries after many years and am so happy that I did. My experience here has been wonderful and I feel so appreciated and heard, and am given the autonomy to grow and learn, and lead my Team as I see fit. Our CEO sets an incredible example, and is extremely motivating to me. I have home-work balance for the first time in 18 years in the workforce, and it feels great!
