      Pros

      The best reason to work here in the environment. The people are great.

      Cons

      The con is the location - located in Maine. Unless you're ok with the cold, this is not the location for you.

      Pros

      Some great talent, albeit not very much so at the management level. Offers good PTO time option. Some flexibility with with hours. Since I only stayed a few years, can't say as I saw a lot of pros at this place.

      Cons

      I left because I was tired of the grade school work environment. I missed working with adults. Way too top heavy with management. A lot of female management but a definite bias against women. Sat through a ton of meetings with some pompous guy going off in something and no one blinked an eye. A woman made a similar argument and she was immediately labeled as "difficult to work with". For a supposed "tech company", very antiquated systems and not investing in workforce to manage.
