This place has a great opportunity to make good money but I wasn't very lucky to get a warm lead in my position , cold calling most of the time.

Cons

Poor of management ,Training is based on shadowing , i received my training on salesforce virtually after 2 months of getting the job . Lake of marketing you have to get you leads from cold calling if you are outbound sales.

Great benefits when working full-time and flexible work culture! Many areas where you can grow internally.

Cons

I have not comes across any downsides of working at WEX. There is some mentality that “this is how we always did it”, but that has been evolving over the years as new generations are starting to work!
