      Pros

      Amazing benefits, 4 weeks PTO from the begining, great insurance, pet insurance, paid paternal and maternity leave 6-12 weeks, some flexibility with hours in specific departments. Ability to work from home sometimes.

      Cons

      Hard to move up in rank or position. A lot of changes with what software is used for the job.
