      Pros

      There are fabulous people working for the company.

      Cons

      Excessive travel, little work-life balance; many positions are single-person deep and no back up when there is PTO/vacation; limited communication or understanding of corporate strategy (very little discussion of how to get from A to B); expectations grow while compensation is stagnant; senior leaders and executives are clueless about the ground level issues either due to willful ignorance and a culture of "cover it up and don't talk about it"; for a technology company, the tech sucks and is woefully glitchy

      Pros

      Great bunch of people with perseverance and strong work ethic. Loyal and supportive environment within the NZ location.

      Cons

      In NZ, operations are ramping considerably down. NZ office now closed with remote working from handful of people only in NZ.

      Great staff, management, and executives.

      Cons

      You are dependent on the end user to do what they say they will. You can devote a lot of time to accounts that never implement/use---costing you money.
