- no career progression - biased management, only promotes ppl who are close to them and completely ignore rest - company makes redundancies on randomly where some deserving team members are fired an under performing members are kept only because they are close to management - no communication to other teams and people about redundancies

Struggling to break free from the US first, International second mindset. International team work long and often incredibly unsociable hours as they juggle working with teams across Europe, New Zealand, Australia, India, Brazil, and all US timezones. Efforts rarely, if ever, recognised from the Exec Team in the US. Massive reorganisation of the company, large number of layoffs with little consideration for impact. So many teams left rudderless an in a void of no communication whilst their colleagues "get the call" and disappear over night.
