      Good benefits, good rewards system for those who work in number driven roles,

      Pervasive negativity at the company, trying to do too much with too little staff, little training opportunities as compared to advertised, knowledge silos

      Pros

      Handful of knowlegable and good leaders. Could be a great company to work.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership direction, and very disorganized. Customer Service would be awesome if they had the right people at the helm effectively scheduling staff. Will not listen new ideas and best practices.
