      Closed culture - not good if you aren’t White or a Mainer. Mediocre talent - you run risk of making them insecure if you are highly talented

      decent team and leads, department chats for assistance, flexibility with schedules

      Cons

      systems and products are rolled out before being customer friendly, UI for customer tools (online, mobile apps, etc) is awful, and sales doesn't seem to inform customers about the types of accounts they're enrolling in resulting in confusion and many closed accounts.
