We understand that some tasks can feel repetitive, and we are always looking for ways to keep the work engaging and varied. 2yThank you for your comments. We’d certainly like to better understand “management was predictable and good” vs. “very corporate environment”. One of our three core values is “Be the Change you Seek,” so we pride ourselves in empowering the team to make decisions and move the firm forward without being constrained with unnecessary corporate interference. Most professionals are not compensated hourly for extra work but rather bonused for their performance. WGI has followed this philosophy for decades and never missed a year with bonus payments.
