5yCulture is WGI’s ‘secret sauce’. Please continue working with our talented team and learning at every opportunity. Internships are about experiences and gaining knowledge. You’ll have plenty of time as your career progresses to focus on compensation. Our internship program is designed to develop skills that will create future earning power. Five years ago, almost 100% of our revenue was derived from the Florida marketplace. Today, it’s under 70% as your leadership team successfully executes our strategic plan and diversifies WGI for future achievements.

5yThank you for the review. We do feel that clean and organized offices reflect our professionalism and culture and are appreciative that this is apparent to the team. Yes, there is a lot of work. For that we are proud, as good work and solid reputations lead to repeat business. Our successes are a testament to our workload but please also understand that our culture demands a balanced life. If at any time you feel that the workload is too much for too long a period, your division manager wants to know. If it’s not reconciled, both HR and I would like to know. Please keep us posted the new few week and months!
