Pros

Product - easy and interesting to sell, truly a product that is needed in the market. Low company turnover - people enjoy working here and the culture is great. Management - Management listens, hears, and appreciates the work being done.

Cons

The pay is so aggressively low that working here is almost synonymous to a 'side hustle'. Any internal changes that apply structurally take entirely too long to get done. The bonus structure for this role is entirely unfair as it does not depend on one's own performance which shouldn't be the case (caveat this is in discussion to be changed)
