      A company with good heart that struggles with execution

      Pros

      Initially a great company to work for with a lot of energy. Fascinating and cutting-edge research on human health and performance.

      Cons

      Started to become impossible to advance within the company and turnover rate was very high after that. This left the company with a few disheartened original employees working alongside a slew of new and often poorly-trained individuals.

      Pretty good work life balance for a start up

      Cons

      Constant change in direction from leadership/at times little direction. Typical start up challenges. No clear path for growth within the company. No remote working culture.
