Pros

Management doesn’t want you to think for yourself.

Cons

Horrible, petty and vindictive management. Management doesn’t know what they are doing. If you question how things are done, supervisors will refuse to sign your timesheet and will try to delete your leave time from your records. Multiple EEO complaints.

Pros

Opportunities to work with the various directorates and leadership. I can see and appreciate the product of my program and the benefits it provides to the tenants.

Cons

Work is based on appropriations and activity ebbs and flows. There are a few personnel that perpetuates the government worker’s (lack of) performance.
