Pros

Other than loads of future retirees, can't think of a positive reason worth working there. Located in the Pentagon and can be a resume builder?

Cons

Leadership lacks with a waiting for retirement mentality; organizational policies erratic often unsuccessfully recreating a wheel; morale extremely low with employees udervalued; organizational teamwork and cross-functional/resourcefullness nonexistent; strategic goals set as a requirement with no intent to achieve; buddy system favorites trumping talented focused career aspiring/accomplished individuals; finally, biscuit fluff organization bacon wrapped with tons of bureaucratic bull-$#!@. Beware!
