What’s more concerning is that this behavior is not only ignored by management — it is actively encouraged by certain younger supervisors. Monique, in particular, consistently incites and participates in this misconduct, creating tension, humiliation, and a deeply unprofessional atmosphere. This behavior violates basic standards of respect and professionalism, and it reflects a complete failure in leadership and accountability.
