      Pros

      company that is expanding very quickly. Excellent place to learn new technologies. Awesome culture and management style in europe and total opposite in USA and Canada.

      Cons

      - Too focused on expanding - oversees alot of structural issues that could be corrected. - wages are lower than industry standards. - hires anyone without properly validating their qualifications. - crazy amount of shift changes. You could never settle in to a shift. - upper management is usually unqualified . - promotes “yes” man and not qualified people. - who you know makes all the difference regardless of qualifications. -

      Good benefits: dental, eye care, podiatrist etc

      Cons

      Probation period is 6 months, HR takes forever to respond, base pay is low (21/hour) compared to other sites (24/hour)

      Good team mates Stable full time job Okay pay Lots to learn Penalty rates Paid overtime if you like

      Cons

      Politics Micromanagement Incompetency within leadership and hierarchy Rotating roster Not enough incentives for operators High staff turnover Preach safety first but over work staff Too many managerial roles, not enough training roles Virtually no training, they buddy you up with someone who is inexperienced, not properly trained and most likely doesn't want to train you for the mentioned reasons.
