      Think hard before coming here

      -nice/decent coworkers -pay for entry was ok -cafeteria food

      You are just a number to them. All they do is lie to your face and pretend to be nice, when in reality the only thing that matter to them are the production numbers and who can bring that. Hard workers will not be appreciated. I only stayed for a couple of weeks but it was evident that the turnover was extremely high for operators and supervisors because of the pressure that was put from upper management. Rude management creates rude supervisors which creates unmotivated operators. Throw everything you love about your work-life balance when working here because it’s clear of the favoritism they show to others when making a schedule. They will work like crazy and You get 10 days of vacation and one day off in the whole year making it hard for travelling to hometown abroad. I personally have to think really hard of what I liked about working here other than the other operators because the company is just filled with fake management.

      Incompetent management, avoid.

      Pros

      There isn't really any. Some of the learning experiences are interesting but very short lived.

      Cons

      Extremely poor and slow decision making regarding maintenance, Favoritism, nepotism and blatant disregard for Fair Work laws. They will take the bullies side in arguments and fire you when you stand up for your rights.
