      Management (manager, site manager, OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER) lacks the ability to manage

      Pros

      Management should focus on developing at least one positive aspect, rather than micromanaging employees for example, always peeping inside the lunchroom to see who's on break, what time they went, even though supervisor is controlling the floor. Also, HR is highly biased and never issues write-ups for people of her own race, particularly the group of relatives she hired for the company.

      Cons

      The manager, site manager, and ESPECIALLY OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER seems to lack the skills to effectively handle operators and supervisors. It appears they were hired without sufficient educational qualifications. They frequently resort to yelling and threatening operators and supervisors with warnings and suspensions, without taking the time to have proper discussions. They treat operators and supervisors more like slaves than employees.

      Problematic management, problems with pay and bonus money. Very stingy company but they make billions of profit.
