      Pros

      Great job with benefits and great work environment overall. Set schedule and never had to worry about fluxuation in pay .

      Cons

      Felt like I didn't have the opportunity to advance as much as I would have liked . Failures in management at times seemed to be overlooked and unaddressed which caused stress when issues couldn't not be resolved.

      Reasonable starting salary for an entry level employee, benefits after 90 days, if you last that long.

      Cons

      Cut throat company. most will throw you under the bus to make points with management. even after 90 days if you make a mistake they can simply choose to fire you, the most common occurrence is forgetting to lock out tag out a piece of equipment with your lock, even when there are 2 or 3 other locks on it. Nine hour days or nights with 8 hours pay, you must take 1 full hour for lunch (unpaid). Little to no room for advancement, with pay raises being 2%-3% if you are lucky. If you go to work for this company watch your back, half of the employees as well as management are back stabbers. Terrible work/life balance moving people's shifts around at their whims.
