Weekly pay . Slow paced, easy systems to use . Commission is ok . And for the most part , the agents are pretty helpful to one another .
Cons
Management has no clue , anytime you ask them a question they refer you to an instruction manual . Your supervisor will walk past your desk 8 times and not say anything work related but as soon as she sits down , she sends you a coaching email. Supervisors here like to lead from their desk instead of leading from the floor . None of them are savvy and the practices of the company are a tad bit unethical. They don't have any structured training for new hires , which is fine , but then you ask 18 questions , and will get 18 different answers. Upper management here likes to send emails , instead of actually getting to know their team and being hands on with them. The manager actually sent an email and said "we did a horrendous" job last month.
