Good pay, but very unstable

Pros

Pay is good, and there are opportunities to learn about different technologies and aspects of the business. Benefits package is decent and comparable to other large companies.

Cons

Very unstable, with massive staff reductions about every 2 years. No sense of security, no sense of employees being important to the company. Going to work every day not knowing whether it will be your last day.

Pros

i met great hard working people here and most of them are still my friends , and this is it !

Cons

too many to list so i`ll write the most commons , their equipment is falling apart they never have money to fix their trucks , mechanics claim they do that to save money and therefore get a bigger bonus at the end of the month , pay rate is bad compared to what other companies pay their employees , taking in consideration that others companies have two lifters in the back of the truck , their management is terrible , theres no communication among them at all , like theyre there to boss people around and thats it , the way the treat people is bad , youre just a number , i hardly ever took a day off , even to renew your license was a problem , they would tell you like go after work they close late tonight ! and if you didnt theyd write you up , or you woulnt be on the roster the next day , or they would place you on a random/unknown route , now they do have cameras on their trucks which they said they were going to be used for insurance purposes ( lie ) they use them to scare drivers away , specially if you were up in seniority or payrate you would be their next target , and work their way down till they hire or bring new guys in at a lower payrate and no seniority , now they push you to the limits , these people are so bonus driven is not even funny , so they conduct some meeting before you go out on the route and they tell you go out there and break a leg , which theres nothing wrong with that but you dont expect that from a company that has a rule book bigger than a bible , i mean there are rules here that are so insane in case you have an accident theyre covered , therefor theyd trow you under the bus when the big shots are in the office , they would say something like ;oh we tell them not to do that , they know better ; , but they never say i told them to hurry up and finish the route quick , and theres alot more to add here but i dont think theyre worth my time writing all this for nothing
