During my time I found that the atmosphere is toxic, people were treated poorly, and that seemed to be accepted by management.

It was a job and that is about all

poor pay, poor benefits, lousy culture and renumeration is contract based where the customer is better off without a contract. Every single customer ask has a transactional amount associated with it and the company is always looking for more. Had a to have a shower every day, not because of garbage but because of how the company made you feel. I could sugar coat it but why?

Salary increment is better than other companies like mnc but still it is very low some people got 3%, 6% and 9% hikes few only got 12-13% hike

Cons

Micromanagement Permanent night shift unnecessary because there is no coordination with onshore team There tag line is people first company but the management is not good If someone has genuine health issues then they will never give them day shift however there is lot of possibilities in day shift I am working since a long time and providing health documents instead of chest pain they do not allow me to work in day shift and they have given day shift of so many co workers although they did not ask for day shift
