      Call Center is not the place to be.

      Pros

      There were some great supervisors and cared about their employees. Some fun activities to keep the work as fun as it could be. The company was ok, but seemed to be mostly about the money.

      Cons

      Supervisors had their hands tied by call center management. Call center employees were treated as low level employees and were rarely considered for anything outside the call center. Many coworkers did not take the job seriously which makes it harder on the rest of the team. Overall it is a tough environment to enjoy!

      Pros

      Pay was decent. The company provided plenty of food for their staff and provided a welcoming environment for new employees.

      Cons

      Slow when it comes to raises. A lack of transparency showed between management and employees. Heavy politics in corporate environment

      Pros

      Good health and retirement benefits. Good pay for hard work. There is a structured safety program with short weekly meetings to keep safety methods fresh in workers minds.

      Cons

      Corporate pricing structures are unrealistic for current market conditions in rural markets. Customers are subject to higher fees which has led to us losing our market share of customers. Also long hours constantly, leading to stressful working conditions. Not much room for growth in the company.
