Good environment,cooperative, supportive, shift timing are good, no overtime, 5 working days

Cons

Office politics, micro monitoring, we can not complain supervisior or manger to upper level they all defend each other.

Cannot think of any pros.

Cons

Everything- poor management, silos, cheap, health and safety ignored, incompetence flows from top down. Operations team are bitter, angry and burned out!
