      Pros

      Good pay, opportunities there for those that can be persistent; local management very good and understanding when comes to personal time and family.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the customer must realize that, for the most part, you get what you pay for - generally, great service. I have to reiterate the last several comments above about management and their need for increasing rates to satisfy corporate office and Wall St. It all puts a strain on employees and lower management whom have to speak to the customers day in and day out about a 2nd price increase within a 12 month period.

      Really depends on your manager and line of business....stay away from recycling center.

      Pros

      Great senior leadership and awesome pay. This company is really trying to transform the trash and recycling business. It would be nice to completely remove the days of drivers having to get out of truck (too many injuries & accidents). I also like the Life Critical Rules...break one of these and you are history. All of the life critical rules are a result of multiple employee and customer deaths over the years.

      Cons

      A little frustrating to see your employees come into work and leave 4 hours later, with full 8 hours pay or an option to start working OT (union contracts). Meanwhile, management is scheduled for a min. 10 hour day (when things are going well).
