-pay is much lower than industry average -hard to make commission, unreasonable targets -hard to keep up with the constant changes, sometimes before a process is even in place, they completely change it again -employees are just numbers, management only cares about how much money they can make for the company and nothing else

Too much reorganization and downsizing in the past three years (700 people lost jobs in August/September, 2012 alone and there were other major reductions in the past few years - mostly office positions); hourly employees have had no raises since March, 2011; even tuition reimbursement was cut recently --- no employee appreciation for those who want to improve themselves to be of more value to the company. The Corporate office has no concept how things really work "in the field."
